Selecting a Product

First you will need to view our catalogue, so click the products button in the navigation at the top of the page. You will be taken to a category listing where you can choose the category you wish to look in.

After choosing a category you are presented with a list of products. You can view the details of a product either by clicking the name or the product image.

When in the detail page, you can choose a quantity by typing the amount you require into the quantity box, and add the product to your basket by clicking the add to basket button.

Your Basket

Click the basket button in the navigation at the top of the page to view the contents of your basket. If you wish to update the quantity of any item in your basket, simply change the number in the quantity box and click the update basket button at the bottom of the page.

If you have finished shopping you can click the checkout button to proceed.

Checkout

We currently only take pounds sterling and deliver to the Great Britain but please contact us if you are interested in our products.

You will need to fill in your billing address details, you are also given the option of using a separate delivery address, if you require the items to be shipped directly to your billing address the click stating: If not click here to use the Billing Address.

The shipping method is via first class recorded mail for packages under 1.5kg or the parcel service for heavier items, which takes 3-5 days.

Confirmation

If the details of your order are correct, please click the I agree to the terms and conditions check box and click the Place Order button at the bottom of the page.

Secure Payment Area

You will now be taken to a secure server where you will need to enter your credit or debit card details to complete the purchase.

Your payment will be taken by Protx collecting you details in a secure environment. This padlock shows that your details are collected using 128 bit secure SSL technology.

Once you have entered your details, Protx will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.
